I just learned that when you live in a big project that’s pet friendly, you’re going to get some unpleasant side effects. I was just awoken by a dog barking somewhere in the building across me, maybe one or two floors lower. It sounds like one of those small dogs with the big barks. It’s not vicious but definitely annoying. The owner should shut the dog up so the other thousand or so tenants can sleep. It’s 3 am, after all.
